  1. Cancellation
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
    • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  2. Refund Policy
    • Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the audiobook or service has been accessed or streamed.
    • Subscription Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not used the service (i.e., not streamed any audiobook), you may request a full refund.
    • Refunds after the 7-day window are not provided.

    • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
